The mission of the Northeast Texas Child Advocacy Center is "To bring hope and healing while working together to break the cycle of child abuse". This mission, with community support is accomplished through the commitment of a cooperative partnership of law enforcement, legal services, child protective services, medical services, therapeutic care providers, the community and other agencies involved in child abuse cases.

Since March 5th, 1998 almost 12,000 voices have been heard!

For the past 25 years, the Northeast Texas Child Advocacy Center has been on a mission, working together with a Multi-Disciplinary team of dedicated individuals, with one focus in mind… reducing trauma, striving for justice, and giving a voice to the most vulnerable: the child victims of abuse!
No matter your gender, age, race, religion, or economic status, No Child Is Immune! Abuse does not discriminate; it is not choosy about who it affects and everyone knows someone who has been affected.
NETCAC, a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency, provides many services for children and non-offending family members, as well as, countless hours of education and support for many other victims through our ever-expanding service programs. Services NETCAC offers are free of charge. This would not be possible without the continued support and generosity of our communities.
