Our mission is to create a global community where veterans are valued, supported, and prioritized. We believe that every veteran, regardless of background or circumstance, deserves access to the resources and support necessary for mental well-being. Through innovative programs, classes, and activities, we are reshaping perceptions of mental health, fostering healthier lifestyles, and driving positive change.

The N.O.W. Foundation sponsors Adventure Therapy for veterans and law enforcement to support and maintain their mental well-being. Our program has been a great success and a favorite among participants. Combined with our classes, it is leading to significant positive changes.

In addition to our Adventure Therapy program, we aim to involve the families of veterans and law enforcement. On the first day, families are invited to participate, fostering connection and support. Afterward, the families return home, allowing veterans and law enforcement to continue the weekend with bonding activities and shared experiences focused on healing and camaraderie.

This weekend, I embarked on a journey like no other, curated by the visionary minds at The N.O.W. Foundation, helmed by Jill Tribe and Lonny Masterson. It was an experience that words can scarcely encapsulate. ????????

Lonny Masterson, the Veterans Support Director of N.O.W. Foundation, orchestrated the groundbreaking 1st Warriors and Wolves Veterans overnight retreat, hosted by the Saint Francis Wolf Sanctuary. ???????? Our night unfolded with wonder - a guided tour amidst these magnificent creatures who call the sanctuary home, a delectable dinner courtesy of Reveille BBQ, campfire stories, soul-stirring music, and the heartfelt camaraderie of fellow veterans. ????????????
Designed by veterans, for veterans, this retreat also extended its warm embrace to our dedicated law enforcement officers (LEOs). ????????
Amidst the serene backdrop, we delved deep into the discussion about The KEY Community and what they offer and shared healing journeys that touched the very essence of our souls. ????️????
But most importantly, we forged connections, bonds that transcend words and distance. ????❤️
