For more than 50 years Global Ties U.S. (formerly NCIV) has built global ties between citizens and nations to advance a more peaceful, prosperous, and secure world. In partnership with the U.S. Department of State, Global Ties U.S. supports and leads a network of community-based organizations in 44 states and 13 countries that advance citizen diplomacy. The dedication of volunteers, along with community involvement and support, has always been vital for the success of our work.
