Native American Community Health Center, Inc. dba NATIVE HEALTH provides a variety of Health and Wellness services targeted to the needs of low income families that experience barriers to healthcare. Such services or programs include; Family Practice Pimary Care Services, WIC Nutrition Services, Dental Services, Women's Health and Prenatal Services, AHCCCS Enrolllment, HIV Prevention and Testing, Health Start A Young Mothers Program, Individual and Group Counseling. Overall NATIVE HEALTH currently has more than 30 programs offered.

 

NATIVE HEALTH was established in 1978 under Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, to provide primary care,  behavioral health, and other services to the urban Native American community living within the Phoenix area. The agency has grown, providing services at two clinics to also service other underserved populations in Phoenix regardless of race or ethnicity.

 

NATIVE HEALTH continues to work toward our Mission, NATIVE HEALTH provides holisitic, patient centered, culturally sensitive health and wellness services.
