Native American Connection’s reach extends beyond the Native American population to provide a robust and holistic continuum of care along with affordable housing that promotes the wellness and stability of the community.

Native American Connections makes sure the community has access to safe, supportive and affordable housing. Each night, close to 1,000 men, women and children call an NAC community home including working poor families, the elderly, chronically homeless, and people with HIV/AIDS.

Since 2010, Native American Connections has managed HomeBase Youth Services and each year we help 250 homeless youth get connected to resources to end their homelessness through our Outreach Program and Day Resource Center.  75 youth make our Transitional Living Program their home as they work to find a job, finish school, address their substance abuse and learn to live independently.

For 43 years we have offered compassionate behavioral healthcare and support for individuals in recovery. Native American Connections helps 1,500 people each year including young children and teens with general mental health, intensive outpatient services, peer recovery and family counseling.  Through our residential treatment program, 400 men and women learn to live a substance free life.
