Founded in 1981, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women is a non-profit volunteer organization for American women. Its members address common issues in their communities, families and personal lives, promoting gender and racial equity.

NCBW Las Vegas chapter provides advocay for Black women and girls year round. Our agneda is central to the organizational purpose of advancing the national agenda, which is devoted to the areas of education, health, and economic empowerment. We advocate to influence public policy and local actions on behalf of Black women and girls.

Some of our programs consist of the annual Madam C.J. Walker awards luncheon; which honors outstanding women in business that have made contributions to our community. We host an annual Economic empowerment and financial literacy workshop, an Education leadership workshop and we participate in the national HIV-AIDS initiative.
