North Country Pet Adoption Services

NCPAS is an active and forward-looking animal rescue based in Nothern New York State. 

Our focus is mainly in 3 areas:

1. Saving dogs from being killed due to lack of space in southern shelters
2. Rescuing dogs from New York City Animal Care Centers from both on and off the euthanasia lists
3. Helping local cats and kittens through rescue and Trap-Neuter-Return

We also help local dogs and NYC cats when we have availability.
