Each year as the cycle of life and crops make the world of agriculture grow, so do the generous gifts to the Nebraska Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture (NFBFA). Giving may be the natural way for some to help the cycle continue from one generation to the next.

Foundation Signature Programs

Agriculture in the Classroom -- An educational program to help students and teachers develop awareness and understanding thatr their food, clothing and shelter and other essentials of life come from agriculture. We do this education through teacher education and training programs, resource development, pen pal program, ag festivals and classroom presenations.

 

AG Promotion and Education -- Educating consumers across the state about the importance of agriculture in their daily lives through education programs and events. This group also recognizes outstanding teachers utilizing agriculture in their classroom.

 

Educational Scholarships and Loans -- Provide financial support to individuals wanting to pursure degrees in higher education through scholarships and low interest loans. Additionally, NFBFA provides financial incentives including repayment of student loans to those choosing to enter a career in Agricultural Education in a school system.
