Your donation to the Nebraska State Patrol Foundation supports:

Community Service Education

Public safety goes beyond law enforcement- it's about identifying problems and making connections in the community to create unique solutions. The Nebraska State Patrol's Community Service Education Program provides interactive presentations on such diverse topics as personal safety, drug, alcohol, and gang resistance, and safe driving habits.

 Police Service Dogs

Whether sniffing out drugs and explosives or helping locate missing children, the Nebraska State Patrol's canine officers are as vital to the agency's mission as their human counterparts. Police service dogs and their handlers form an inseparable team, living, training, and working together to complement each other's skills.

Motorist Assistance

It's a terrifying experience for hundreds of drivers each year- stuck on the side of the interstate with a blown tire or empty gas tank, traffic roaring by at 80mph. Thankfully, volunteers with the Nebraska Motorist Assist Program are there to get motorists back on the road. These "highway angels" patrol Interstate 80 to offer fuel, tire changes, jump starts and other assistance free of charge, allowing Troopers to focus on enforcement and emergency response.
