About the Iconic Sign

The Las Vegas Hard Rock Café guitar sign was the first of its kind in the world.  Designed after Pete Townshend's Gibson Les Paul guitar, the sign graced the corner of Harmon Ave. and Paradise Rd. from 1990 to 2017.  It was featured in many Hollywood productions and became an iconic symbol of fabulous Las Vegas.  Once restored and installed in the Neon Boneyard, it will stand 80-ft. tall and 24-ft. wide.  It will be the largest restored sign in the Neon Museum's collection.

About the Neon Museum

The Neon Museum Las Vegas is part history, part art and completely awesome!  It's the world's largest assemblage of neon signage featuring the unrestored collection of more than 200 rescued iconic treasures.  The one-of-a-kind collection showcases architectural landmarks from some of Las Vegas' most celebrated properties dating from the 1930's to present day.
