Nevada Restaurant Association Educational Foundation

Founded in 1982, the Nevada Restaurant Association has since carried its mission to promote, protect, and educate Nevada's rapidly growing restaurant industry. 

Our Educational Foundation is an extension of our mission and values and we want to instill these in the Nevada youth by providing them with the tools to succeed in an amazing industry. Students that partake in the Prostart program, have the opportunity to receive a certificate from the National Restaurant Association and for scholarships. The Nevada Restaurant Association Education Foundation implements the program statewide in partnership with the Nevada Restaurant Association.  Students learn topics such as food safety, knife cuts, basic cooking techniques, baking, menu design, basic accounting, costing, and restaurant management.

 
We are excited to be a part of the Nevada Big Give 2019. Nevada's Big Give allows residents to give from their hearts, in an amount completely up to their discretion, from the convenience of one dedicated online portal.
