The National Atomic Testing Museum, a Smithsonian Affiliate, is proud to extend this blockbuster exhibit and corresponding Distinguished Lecture Series and Family Fun Days to thousands of visitors to the only National Museum in Nevada. Local, national, and international visitors are presented with the technological and scientific discoveries made at the former Nevada Test Site, now the Nevada National Security Site.

The National Atomic Testing Museum reaches thousands of students and teachers annually with programs that are designed to the specific STEM educational objectives. Topics on science, technology, engineering and math have proven to encourage creative thinking and problem solving.  The National Atomic Testing Museum works closely with Nevada's public schools, private schools, and UNLV in developing programs where practical applications make learning meaningful and fun.

Last summer the Museum was one of only 7 museums in the Nation to receive an MCCA State Dept Grant, where an international exchange program with Kazakhstan students, became a collaborative learning experience for two very different cultures. With your contribution, students will continue to be inspired to become the next generation of scientists and innovators, working to solve the world's problems.

Your contribution allows the Museum to expand its educational offerings to students of all ages and visitors from around the world, 7 days a week. We are conveniently located 1 mile east of Las Vegas Blvd., with acres of free parking. We are proud to be the only Congressionally mandated NATIONAL museum in the State of Nevada, a place where scientific discovery is encouraged and Nevada's prominent position in ending World War II is explained, and honored. The National Atomic Testing Museum tells the unique history that Nevada played on the world stage, and where it's groundbreaking contributions to science, aviation, national security and the military are still in use today. The Museum presents programs in nonproliferation, domestic security, defense, intelligence, energy and environmental security. Nevada has developed technologies that solve real-world problems and the National Atomic Testing Museum explains these stories in easy to understand videos, interactive consoles, scientific models, historical photos, and an immersive "Ground Zero" Theater.

With your help, the National Atomic Testing Museum develops programs and helps train students for high demand, high paying jobs. We need this kind of talent to compete globally, now and in the future. For the U.S. to remain a global innovation leader, we MUST make the most of all of the potential STEM talent this country has to offer. Improving STEM achievement in student learners, ensures that our country will achieve new levels of economic growth and keep our country strong.

Support for the National Atomic Testing Museum from businesses, educators, government officials, technology experts community leaders, and individuals all help the Museum give students an tactical, educational experience in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

PLEASE JOIN THE NATIONAL ATOMIC TESTING MUSEUM IN IMPROVING STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT IN STEM SUBJECTS, AND PRESERVING THE UNIQUE LEGACY OF THE HISTORY OF NEVADA IN GLOBAL IMPORTANCE.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT, IT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!
