Nevada Volunteers

Nevada Volunteers is working hard to increase the rate of volunteerism through two avenues: National Service and Volunteer Engagement.

We think that volunteering is good for the heart, soul, and community!  Nevada Volunteers is a resource for volunteers and volunteer managers.  We offer a volunteer matching system on our website that allows nonprofits to post volunteer opportunities and the general public to find them by keyword, zip code, or organization.  In addition, Nevada Volunteers serves as a training entity to help volunteer managers create and build their volunteer program, while understanding the process of recruiting, retaining, and recognizing volunteers.

With the funding raised through Nevada's Big Give, it will allocated to volunteer recognition.  We want to recognize the unsung heroes of our state that give back to their community through their time, talent, and treasure.  We know that the gaps in services for our community wouldn't be met without the incredible efforts of volunteers.  Help us recognize more volunteers today by joining us for Nevada's Big Give!
