New Adventures Counseling is a place where healing steps outside the four walls and into the world. Rooted in the belief that growth happens through experience, we blend clinical expertise with the power of adventure, curiosity, and genuine human connection.

We walk alongside kids, teens, emerging adults, and families as they navigate life’s messy and not-so-messy moments. Whether it’s anxiety, big transitions, depression, ADHD, grief, or simply feeling stuck, we offer support that is empowering, relational, embodied, and real.

Our sessions invite clients to move, explore, play, and breathe — on trails, in parks, through creative experiences, and sometimes in cozy indoor spaces with a cup of coffee in hand. Every person who walks through our doors deserves to feel seen, supported, and capable of writing the next chapter of their story.

Every $75 you give provides one free scholarship session for a client who might not otherwise have access to our services. Your gift becomes a doorway — a chance for a young person or family to step into support, hope, and possibility when they need it most.
