Leadership matters. It matters in business, in government and in schools. No great accomplishment ever happened without great leadership, and transforming public education is no exception.  

New Leaders works to ensure high academic achievement for all children, especially students in poverty and students of color, by developing transformational school leaders and advancing the policies and practices that allow great leaders to succeed.

Continuing nearly 10 years of philanthropic support for our organization, the Noyce Foundation has presented us with a challenge: if we secure $4.5 million over two years, they will award us an additional $1.5 million. 

Every donation made prior to July 1, 2012 is eligible to be matched by up to a third – broadening the impact of our supporters. 

We envision a day when there is educational excellence and equity in America – when our country’s public schools ensure that every student is prepared for success in college, careers and citizenship.
