Every year, thousands of enlisted service members transition into a civilian workforce that often overlooks their unique skills. NextOp exists to bridge that gap. We provide the one-on-one mentorship and development needed to move veterans past the dangers of chronic unemployment and into leadership roles where they can thrive. Our hands-on approach has already empowered over 5,900 veterans to launch careers that pay significantly more than the peer median, allowing them to support their families and give back to their communities.
