NextOp is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit veteran service organization that provides individualized employment assistance and direct placement services specifically for enlisted transitioning service members and veterans.

Everyday another 400 enlisted men and women leave the U.S. military. Only about 10% have secured new careers before discharging, but over 60% have families to provide for. This urgency for the first available paycheck leads to systemic underemployment for these highly-skilled veterans.

Thankfully, with individualized mentorship, employment assistance, and industry outreach, NextOp is preparing these veterans for and connecting them to high-quality careers. Instead of suffering from unemployment or chronic underemployment, these same veterans are thriving in rewarding careers that allow them to support their families and give back to their communities.
