Your support of HOPES is critical to our LGBTQ+ neighbors here in northern Nevada and the Sierra. Thanks to generous supporters like you, we can continue to provide help when our LGBTQ+ neighbors need it.  

From our early days as a single-room HIV/AIDS clinic, we’ve dedicated ourselves to staying on the front lines for our community — and ALL its members — by providing the inclusive healthcare, social services, and community outreach and education they deserve. Thanks to compassionate friends like you over the past 27 years, we’ve been doing exactly that, expanding to a community health center serving the most overlooked and under-resourced people in northern Nevada and the Sierra.

This year, we’re proud to share that we are expanding, yet again, by opening a new modern clinic on East 4th Street in Reno. The Jerry Smith Community Wellness Center will allow us to provide care to more of our neighbors.
