At the NLC, we believe that deeper relationships with nonprofits and their leaders are effective in driving behavioral and organizational change.  We deliver professional development and training at every level--from program staff to executive leadership to the Board--through high-quality in-classroom, online, and custom training.

 

Our mission at the NLC is to develop and connect nonprofit leaders to strengthen organizations and our community.  We do what we do because we believe the work of nonprofits drives positive change in a society and also because we believe knowledge gained and shared collectively fosters leadership.
