Exercise provides many health benefits and older adults can maintain independence by staying physically active. Even moderate exercise and    physical activity can improve the health of people who are frail or who have diseases that accompany aging.

Primeplus provides more than 50 wellness programs 5 days a week. Our programs are dedicated to preventative wellness, enhancing the quality of life for our members, keeping families in-tact and delaying the need for costly home health care or premature placement in nursing homes.

Primeplus also offers healthcare screenings, wellness programs, and maintaining or improving fitness through monthly classes for mental stimulation as well as opportunities for social interaction; which helps to prevent isolation, depression, decline in health and premature institutionalization or death.
