Pathways to Citizenship

Every dollar counts! With a very small budget and staff, we help hundreds of lawful permanent residents in San Diego realize their dream of U.S. citizenship.  We also help local Ukrainian and Afghan refugees obtain temporary protective status and apply for work permits so they can support themselves. More than 50 volunteers of all ages and backgrounds help our attorneys and DOJ-accredited representatives file legal cases with USCIS, prepare qualified clients for their citizenship interviews and improve their English. We provide free, honest legal consultations for any immigrant in San Diego County, and help qualified clients file for Adjustment of Status (green cards), Citizenship, DACA, Temporary Protected Status, work permits, fee waivers, etc. Your donation of time or money transforms the lives of hard-working families from around the world, and makes San Diego a vibrant and thriving multicultural city.
