North Olympic Library Foundation

A nonprofit organization

The North Olympic Library Foundation (NOLF) was established in 2012 to strengthen support for our excellent library system. NOLF’s focus is on building an endowment to support collections of books and other library materials, and to finance system-wide programs and projects that cannot be supported with public funds.

The Foundation answers the desire of library lovers to provide the library system with major gifts and bequests and to receive grants. NOLF funds will address system-wide technology and capital needs, raise awareness in the community about the library, and test innovative services.

The North Olympic Library System is about books and so much more; it’s about enriching lives here in Clallam County. Your gift to the North Olympic Library Foundation will help the library remain a vibrant and dynamic community resource.

If you believe that the library must continue to serve our communities, consider creating your legacy at the North Olympic Library System by making a planned gift to the North Olympic Library Foundation. To make a legacy gift, you can:

  • Prepare or amend your will or living trust, naming North Olympic Library Foundation as a beneficiary of your estate;
  • Name North Olympic Library Foundation as a beneficiary of your pension or IRA;
  • Name North Olympic Library Foundation as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy;
  • Make a gift of real estate or other appreciated assets such as stocks or real estate;
  • Create an endowment, charitable trust, or other planned gift on behalf of North Olympic Library Foundation;

Contact your attorney or financial advisor to discuss giving opportunities that make sense for you.

In 2023, the North Olympic Library Foundation is asking community members to GiveBIG towards the Sequim Library Expansion and Renovation Project!
