Northern Wayne Community Library

A nonprofit organization

Nestled into a line of pine trees in Lakewood, Pennsylvania, you will find our little library. Founded in 1992, our mission has always been to support and help our community prosper.  Much like books, we all have a different story; we come from different
backgrounds and we have diverse experiences, but at the library we can all be
on the same page. Our library thrives on bringing our community together, and
we appreciate the help and support we receive in order to provide essential
services and programs, while also hosting fun activities and events. The
patrons, local community members and our seasonal friends are what makes our
library whole.  As a small, rural library we have many needs and rely on your support to help sustain our current and future programs.  Our programs include our School to Library S.T.E.A.M program, Community Education Series, Book Club, Craft Night, Second Saturday Family S.T.E.A.M and special Saturday events that bring the whole community together. We are always in need of supplies and funds to help sustain these beneficial programs.
Together we work to sustain our town and grow the minds of our youth, adolescents, and adults. We thank each and everyone of you for your support!
