Dear Friends of the Arts;

Northumberland County Council for the Arts has been a constant source of creativity, connection and cultural life for the community the last 25 years. We have supported local artists, brought art education to our schools, created free public programs and ensured that the arts remain accessible to everyone-regardless of age, income or background.

For the first time in our history we are facing a funding crisis that threatens our ability to continue this work.

Due to shifting grant priorities, reduced public funding and lingering effects of pandemic on charitable giving, we are experiencing a shortfall that could force us to suspend programs and operations in the coming months. This isn’t a decision we are willing to accept without turning to the people who have sustained us for a quarter –century: YOU

How Can You Help

Every contribution –whether $10 or $100-brings us closer to stability and ensures that the arts remain a vital part of the community.

Why This Matters

For 25 years we have been more that an arts organization. We have been 1. A gathering place. 2. A creative home, 3. A champion for local talent, 4. A bridge between generations, 5. A source of pride for our community.

If NCCA closes we lose far more than programs. We lose a piece of who we are. We are asking-urgently and sincerely-for your help.
