Northwest Side Community Development Corporation

Northwest Side Community Development Corporation (NWSCDC) serves business partners by successfully brokering access to alternative capital/funding and workforce solutions. In an effort to make this community vibrant, NWSCDC focuses on loan/grant programs, workforce/jobs and projects. The NWSCDC partners with businesses, public/private entities and nonprofit agencies focused on the geographic area of the Northwest Side of Milwaukee. Specifically, the corporation engages in activities such as advocacy, loans/grants, technical assistance, community building and workforce solutions as a service to our partner businesses.  We are recognized both by government partners and prospective businesses for our unique resources and capacities, making the Northwest Side the destination for business expansion and relocation. We have chosen our partners based on mission alignment and the values they bring to the relationship, ultimately allowing us to control our future.
