The Northwestern Community Educational Foundation (NCEF) serves students and staff of the Northwestern School District. We award scholarships to graduating seniors and provide mini grants to teachers and staff. In addition, NCEF has custodianship of the Valley School Museum, one of two one-room schools in Erie County. The Valley School Museum is open for tours on specific holidays and is open by arrangement to school groups who wish to experience a day of school as it used to be.
