New River Valley TimeBank

As you look through pictures from the TimeBank, you can see how much we have accomplished as a group in the last seven years. We have had many social events at various local businesses to foster connections and build community, we have been working towards opening a tool lending library, and we have multiple Repair Cafes with Habitat for Humanity under our belt.  As individuals, we have continued to show up for one another as neighbors helping neighbors. We have shared our talents, built our skills, and provided support. We have grown meaningful partnerships with Plenty!, The YMCA, Habitat ReStore, and Hacksburg. We have placed continued emphasis on accessibility and are always looking to welcome new members. We are looking forward to growing our list of TimeBank talents by connecting with the many active seniors.

There is no shortage of people who want to help. The NRV TimeBank has come a long way wand with your help we can continue to grow this resource that connects people to build a stronger, more resilient home for all of us.
