The Osceola Area Ambulance Service is jointly owned by the Townships of Alden, Farmington, and Osceola and the Villages of Dresser and Osceola. The volunteer ambulance service, led by Director Robyn Foster, provides emergency medical services to the Villages of Osceola and Dresser, the Townships of Alden, Farmington, Garfield and Osceola and the Township of Franconia, MN. The service is located at 403 3rd Avenue in Osceola. To contact the ambulance service call: 715-294-3911 (non-emergency) or 911 (emergency).

The Osceola Area Ambulance Service is doing an ongoing capital campaign fundraising drive for the future purchase of a new replacement ambulance. Ambulances typically run around $130,000 starting so any contribution to eventually help us reach that goal is appreciated!

We currently operate using 2 trucks. Our primary 911 response truck is now 14 years old and our secondary unit is 8 years old with a remount and 170K miles on it! With always wanting to be in top running shape at a moments notice, it is our intention to have a replacement within the next 5 years.

As a non-profit, we are looking into a number of funding options to reach our goal. This includes, but not limited to, grant writing, various fundraising campaigns with the hope of inspiring individuals or local businesses in the possibility of matching grants. We will continue to strive to keep the cost of providing emergency ambulance coverage to our community down while still budgeting for this new truck.
