The Officer Down Memorial Page

The Officer Down Memorial Page, Inc., (ODMP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to honoring America's fallen law enforcement officers. More than 27,000 officers have died in the line of duty in the United States since 1776 and ODMP is honored to preserve their memories and give friends, family, other officers, and citizens alike the opportunity to remember the fallen and honor their sacrifices.

The Officer Down Memorial Page relies on supporters like you to provide all our free programs and resources to include:

• Creating and maintaining memorial and Reflection pages for more than 26,000 fallen US law enforcement officers
• Provide Line of Duty Death notifications to our supporters via email, social media, and the ODMP Mobile App
• Maintain the ODMP Mobile App which provides a more immediate and immersive ODMP experience, free of charge
• Conduct historic research via ODMP staff and researchers to uncover thousands of previously "missing" historical law enforcement officer deaths
• Support our No Parole for Cop Killers program which tracks parole hearings for inmates convicted of killing law enforcement officers and enables citizens to send in letters requesting that cop killers are kept behind bars
• Maintain ODMP K9 which specifically focuses on honoring those K9 officers who have died in the line of duty serving alongside America's law enforcement officers
• Expand our partnerships with other committed organizations dedicated to officer safety and direct support in the event of an officer's passing

Accountability & Transparency

We want you to feel confident that your donations are well-spent and make a meaningful difference. ODMP is committed to responsible stewardship of every dollar entrusted to us and to being transparent about how those funds support our mission. Currently, more than 85% of our expenses directly support ODMP’s mission, with less than 15% used for administration and overhead. We continually work to keep those costs low so that our first priority remains what it has always been: honoring America’s fallen law enforcement officers and preserving their stories.

Donation Refund Policy

Thank you for your generous support of our mission. Contributions made to ODMP are deeply appreciated and help us continue our work. Please note that all donations are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled, returned, or adjusted. This policy applies to one-time contributions as well as recurring donations. If you believe an error has occurred in connection with your donation (such as a duplicate charge or incorrect amount processed), please contact us at herrera@odmp.org. We will review the situation and, if an error is confirmed, take appropriate corrective action. We value your commitment to supporting ODMP, and we are grateful for your understanding of this policy.
