To steward an equitable and accessible transition to clean energy.
Our non-profit is a group of climate motivated young professionals working to accelerate the clean energy transition by creating clean energy opportunities for those who solar is out of reach. Over the past five years our team has partnered with Tribes, Public Agencies, Non-profit organizations, and commercial entities to support their solar energy installations with grants.
Our team helped develop projects with our partners at the Nisqually Indian Tribe, Olympia Farmers Market, local fire departments, the Hands On Children’s Museum, Thurgood Marshall Middle School, and numerous low-income housing providers. For each of these projects, we create educational materials, promote them on social media, manage the project, provide grant writing services, and really put our hearts into it. By giving the power of the sun to those who thought it was out of reach, we're turning clean renewable energy into a tool for economic justice.
When you contribute to Olympia Community Solar, your dollars get invested in clean energy that directly benefits the organizations and people that are working as hard as they can to preserve and enhance our local community. Please donate today to support the growth of solar energy for all.
