Operation Homefront is a nonprofit that serves military families, because they have given up so much for our country. For over fifteen years, Operation Homefront has provided programs that offer:
RELIEF (through Critical Financial Assistance and transitional housing programs), RESILIENCY (through permanent housing and caregiver support services) and RECURRING FAMILY SUPPORT programs and services throughout the year that help military families overcome the short-term bumps in the road so they don’t become long-term chronic problems.
Local to Kitsap County, our programs include 
Star-Spangled Baby Showers (providing support for military parents to newborns), Back-to-School Brigades (distributing backpacks and school supplies to military children), Holiday Meals for Military (providing meal kits for military families during the holidays), Holiday Toy Distribution (giving military children toys for the holidays), and Critical Financial Assistance (providing relief for financial shortfalls, such as rent/mortgage, food assistance, etc.)
