Operation Welcome Home

Making the transition to Military to Civilian Life is difficult to say the least.  Operation Welcome Home has a physical establishment in Morgantown, WV were we openly accept Honorably discharged Veterans regardless of Branch, Disabily status, deployment service, or anything along those lines.  We strive to help Veterans overcome barriers to services and support and further provide them with classes in resume writing, mock interviews, using there GI or Post 9/11 bill, budgeting, Veterans Homebuyers information, etc... We have have the ability to put Veterans to work doing odd jobs for great pay within two days of them entering our Program while we actively seek full-time or part-time employment for them outside or organization.  We realize that each Veteran is an individual with personalized needs so there is no "cookie-cutter" solution for each.  We deal with each personally.  Our Program Manager is an Honorably Medically Retired Major and Graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point fully qualified and prepared to provide each Veteran with 100% devotion.  If we can't solve an issue we make sure the Veteran is linked directly with the proper Veteran resource.  We have put well over 40 Veterans to full time employment or back to school often without them having to go through a formalized interview process because of our vetting process and reputation within the community.
