From holiday meals for our unhoused neighbors to thank you notes to frontline workers, Operation Kringle is a nonprofit organization that spreads joy to people experiencing hardships and those who serve them.

In the early days of the pandemic, Operation Kringle provided meals from local businesses to support them and thank the frontline workers for their tireless work caring for others. We purchased meals from local, non-franchised restaurants and delivered them to hospitals around Southern California.

We have been delighted to receive thank you letters from several of those we have supported with meals and encouraging words. Every time we received a message of gratitude, it feels like Operation Kringle has come full circle (thank you letters are available). Since the beginning of the pandemic, we've mailed out over 2000 inspirational notes and thank you to doctors, nurses, staff members, patients and their families at hospitals throughout the country, including Long Beach Memorial Hospital.
