Bob is one of Opportunity Enterprises' program participants. He is nonverbal and had always relied on his mother's care to assist him with his basic needs.  Sadly, Bob's mother passed away, but he turned to Opportunity Enterprises' Supporting Living program for help and is absolutely thriving on his own. He now shares an apartment with two roommates and has worked closely with OE staff to increase his independence and daily living skills. When asked what he liked about OE's Supporting Living Program he writes, "I've loved becoming more independent, contributing to my community, and making new friends".  Learn more about Bob's amazing journey by watching the attached video. 

Each year, more than 1,100 adults and children with disabilites are served by OE.  Our programs encompass every aspect of our particpants' lives and provide opportunities for them to work, learn new skills, live independently and enjoy enriching activities like community involvement and artistic expression, all while receiving the professional and innovative support needed to succeed.
