Oracle Institute

The Oracle Institute is a 501(c)(3) educational charity dedicated to building a new world based on Interfaith Unity and a Culture of Peace. Founded after the tragic events of 9/11, Oracle is a think-tank that studies the nexus between religion, politics, human rights, and spiritual evolution.

Oracle operates an award-winning publishing house, multi-faith spirituality school, and peacebuilding practice. Our formal mission statement is Thomas Jefferson’s Act for Religious Freedom, and our motto is: Truth (a journey of personal growth), Love (compassionate action for the benefit of others), and Light (one shared destiny for all humanity).

Multi-faith Event at Oracle Campus

Currently, Oracle is building the Peace Pentagon – a training and retreat center in southern Virginia (and a direct answer to the War Pentagon in northern Virginia). This 8,000 sq. ft. facility contains a pentagonal sanctuary dedicated to the five primary religions (Hinduism, Judaism, Buddhism, Christianity, and Islam) and to interfaith study and worship. The building also contains classrooms, a public library, and cafeteria. Oracle also manages the Peace Pentagon HUB - an online platform for sacred activism.

In addition, the Peace Pentagon is a community center for the Valley of Light micro-community, whose residents understand the profound nature and unprecedented challenges of the 21st Century.   We invite thought leaders, futurists, and dedicated lightworkers to visit and apply for membership.

Ceremony at the Peace Pole Medicine WheelOracle Campus consists of 23 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and it rests along the New River - the oldest river in the Western Hemisphere. Our campus includes three homes, a campground, the Turtle Island Labyrinth, and Peace Pole Medicine Wheel. Tours of the campus are available and overnight guests may stay at our bed and breakfast and campground.
