Since 1997, the Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance - OCAPICA - has been meeting the needs of the Asian and Pacific Islander and other underserved communities throughout Southern California.  

OCAPICA utilizes a comprehensive strategy to not only provide services directly to those in need, but also conducts research and advocacy to create systems changes for long-lasting impacts and structural improvements in the community.

Through comprehensive health, mental health, youth, education, workforce development, and civic engagement programs, OCAPICA serves more than 40,000 people annually in 26 languages.
