Oregon Children's Theatre Company

OCT is the region’s leading provider of performing arts experiences for young audiences.

Our vision is that every child will have a chance to learn, to be inspired, and to be changed through the art of theater.

In a typical year:

• 50,000 students will take a field trip to see an OCT production.
• 2,000 students will learn through OCT’s Read, Write, Act and Loud & Clear residencies.
• 30,000 students will experience a free school performance from the Educational Theatre Program, a collaboration between OCT and Kaiser Permanente.
• 9,000 students in Title 1 schools will have access to the performing arts thanks to scholarship tickets.
• 1,500 students will gain confidence and skills in OCT’s after-school and weekend Acting Academy classes.
