Over- Operation Veterans Encouraging Recovery

O.V.E.R. bought a House !  Actually, it was donated to us by a WWII veteran that appreciates our cause. Our house is OPEN and we are accepting clients at OVER !

Contributions to O.V.E.R. support veterans and service members in Nebraska. O.V.E.R. is a 100% volunteer organization. Projects include:

• Placement of veterans in transition from homelessness and addiction to recovery.

• Long-term housing for veterans in recovery.  

• Community outreach and case management to educate veterans about services available through local agencies and veterans’ programs.  

• Leadership in building and strengthening partnerships
between the Veteran's Administration and local agencies – to enhance benefits and develop relapse prevention strategies.   

• Advocate issues affecting veterans in recovery and the
nonprofit organizations providing services to them.  

•Provide short-term employment for veterans receiving
services and match veterans with employers.
