OWL offers a wide range of supports to assist individuals with barriers, such as mental and physical disabilities, in reaching their vocational goals and achieving rewarding independence. OWL can offer the variety of supports that is does because of its four devoted divisions:

1. The OWL Center provides a variety of trainings including life skills, life management, basic computer/internet skills, as well as interview and resume training. The OWL Center also focuses on job placement and retention, as well as offers Customer Service Representative training and certification.

 

2. The Lexington Manufacturing Center (LMC) is an international source for quality manufacturing needs under OWL and serves as an exceptional opportunity for work experience for individuals participating in an OWL Program. LMC is also the training group for Fork Lift Operation training and certification.

 

3. Skills Enhancement and Employment Center (SEEC) offers comprehensive vocational evaluations as well as life skills coaching and mobile assessments. Individuals come here to hone in on their passions and skills.

 

4. Advancing Capabilities and Enhancing Skills (ACES) assists people with developmental and intellectual disabilities to lead a rich and full life by offering assisted community involvement as well as employment and behavioral supports.
