Ozone House

Ozone House helps youth lead safe, healthy, and productive lives. We are the only agency in Washtenaw County (Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and the surrounding areas) that provides free, confidential, and voluntary shelter and support services to youth experiencing homelessness, including youth running away and at high-risk, from ages 10-20 and their families. 

Ozone House opens the door to a safe space and helps youth who identify as LGBTQ+ to find a place to be themselves. PrideZone is a social and support group for youth ages 13-20 who identify as LGBTQ+ where youth can build community and access support services.

Here are some ways we quantify our annual impact. We house youth for 10,638 bed nights (total # of beds filled each night during the year). We provide 26,371 hours of 1:1 services to families and youth annually. 20,805 hours of life skills training services are provided annually. We receive 2160 calls annually on our Crisis Line from youth and people who care about the youth. Each year we provide a safe refuge for 800 youth.
