Rotary Club of Palm Desert Foundation

The purpose of Rotary Club of Palm Desert Rotary Foundation is to provide a reliable source of funds for current and future use in caretaking funds for charitable priorities and programs for the Palm Desert Rotary Club, funding scholarships and responding to emergency needs.

Rotary is a humanitarian organization with different areas of focus. One of the principal areas of focus is YOUTH SERVICE, and included in this area is a commitment to do everything reasonable to encourage and promote continuing education. In the Palm Desert Rotary club, the club foundation has maintained a robust scholarship program through its club foundation, a separate 501c3 organization. Almost $1.2 million has been awarded in college scholarships since the foundation was established in 1980.
