Pennsylvania Interfaith Impact Network

A nonprofit organization

PIIN is a broad based interfaith organization composed of congregations and other organizations committed to acting on their shared faith values in the community. It is a vehicle for people of faith from the Pittsburgh region to come together, express the deepest values of their traditions, and affect systemic change on commonly held issues of injustice, disparity, and discrimination. We know that positive social change in society has always come from organized people in some form, and that the

PIIN is leader led not staff led. Within each congregation and organization the organization commits to working with the congregation staff and key leaders to build wider relationships and identify those interested in creating a stronger congregational and neighborhood community or who have special interest in a key issue impacting the congregation, neighborhood community or region. We offer both local leadership development and access to Gamaliel's national Leadership Training which is designed to both assist the potential leader to identify their particular leadership goals and provides a methodology to move toward them personally and within PIIN.
