Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation (PLF)

Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation (PLF) envisions leaders working together to transform Pittsburgh into a place of truth, beauty, goodness, justice and human flourishing. To this end, PLF equips, connects and mobilizes leaders to serve in every sphere of influence for the cultivation and restoration of the City.

Twice each year (starting in September and January) a Leaders Collaborative cohort of 12 leaders from various sectors comes together to deepen their understanding of calling, community and cultural transformation. The cohort consists of senior 'C-Level' leaders from the marketplace and social sector. Leaders Collaborative creates the necessary space for a leader to grow as individuals and to consider how to grow their organizations as well. Budget: $4,500 per person
