PA Swarm

We are a Non-Profit (501c3) Charitable Youth Sports Organization that was formed in August of 2018. We rely on the support of local businesses, grants, sponsors and fundraisers to help give every youth the chance to play the sport that they love.

Sports teach our kids about the value of teamwork, dedication, and discipline while helping them build character, confidence, and friendships that will last a lifetime. We seek to enhance our youths knowledge of softball and better their skills. We also focus on showing them commitment to our communities. We have refurbished fields for towns children to use, volunteered at dinners and more. Our other goal is to help advance female sports recognition. Almost all attention goes to male sports which is unfair as females train and play just as hard (if not harder)!

Our program is focused on female youth from 10 to 14 years of age. We seek to have them become positive role models in their school and community. We focus on the youth being healthy throughout our season as well.

Our players are from many communities throughout Central PA. Our youth come from Montour County, Union County, Columbia County, Northumberland County and Snyder County.  Our youth represent over 12 different school districts!

We want to continue the next generation of softball players to help them achieve as much success and growth as possible both on the field and off. Last year our youth excelled in their 2nd year and became USSSA Central PA State Champs! They also went onto the National Championship being the only team to represent Central PA. Six of our players were also chosen to be All State players. That’s quite a feat for their only 2nd year!

For our upcoming season, we need your help! We now have three teams in our organization. They are based in Danville, Selinsgrove and New Berlin. We charge minimal fees so that all youth have the opportunity to participate regardless of their financial situation. Our yearly expenses to provide this program mount up. Our costs include uniforms, insurance, equipment, fees for tournament entry and more.
