Mission

Packard Community Clinic provides high quality health care to all in the community regardless of ability to pay. We provide quality health care to those who have limited or no access to regular family practice health care.

Programs

16,000 primary health care visits are provided to 5000 patients each year. Of these,40% are uninsured or underinsured. Mental health and substance abuse services are provided for those who have no other access; and health education and support are provided as part of a chronic disease management effort.
