Paint Your Heart Out Safety Harbor Inc

Paint Your Heart Out Safety Harbor (P.O. Box 1131, Safety Harbor, FL 34695) is a local nonprofit that enables citizens to lend a helping hand by painting the exteriors of homes and cleaning and landscaping the yards of low-income and elderly homeowners of Safety Harbor. 

Since our creation in 1991, we have spruced up more than 140 homes at no cost to the owner. Professional painters, along with local businesses and residents, donate supplies and services to help us reach our goal of painting five homes a year. 

To be considered to have your house painted, you must meet the following criteria:
- Own and live in the home as your primary residence.
- Live in the City of Safety Harbor
and
- Be over 62 years of age with a limited income, or
- be physically disabled, or
- have a family income equal to or less than the HUD poverty level. 

To GET INVOLVED
- The next Paint Your Heart Out Safety Harbor date is March 10, 2018. Volunteers to paint and landscape must be age 14 or older and sign a waiver. If you're more comfortable working behind the scenes, we are always in need of supplies ranging from tools like shovels and paintbrushes to water for the volunteers on paint day. And, of course, as a 501(c)3, any monetary donation you make to us is tax deductible.
