Painting Pathways Clubhouse Inc

Painting Pathways Clubhouse provides recovery-based services to adults with serious mental illness utilizing the internationally accredited Clubhouse Model program. Our mission is to empower adults with diagnosed mental illness by building community, supporting recovery and changing lives. We are governed by Clubhouse International which sets forth and monitors the standards of operation for all Clubhouses. Painting Pathways is one of five Clubhouses in Wisconsin, with more than 320 Clubhouses worldwide.

Painting Pathways Clubhouse currently has 110 active members. Of these, 25 are presently employed in some capacity and receive employment supports from Clubhouse staff. The expectation is that we will increase the number actively employed members by 10% in one year's time. Our Employment Specialist will create two additional TE (Transitional Employment) positions will local businesses and place members who are "work ready" in these positions. Painting Pathways Clubhouse will track the annual income earned by Clubhouse members. Painting Pathways staff will maintain an excel spreadsheet of the employment supports provided to members and will utilize the data to establish community partnerships to enhance employment success.
