Permanently Affordable Living Hawai'i

Permanently Affordable Living Hawai'i (PAL) is a 501(c)(3) affordable housing nonprofit. Our mission is to establish a foundation of hope by providing affordable homes and services for the people of Hawaiʻi. We construct, purchase, and manage affordable communities across the island for houseless and very low to moderate-income families, partnering with organizations to provide social services and programming to help beneficiaries thrive in their homes. All our homes are placed into a community land trust so that the donations invested in these homes have an impact over 200+ years, eight generations and beyond.
