Palcare

Mission

Palcare was founded in 1993 to provide quality childcare and early education to families employed at the San Francisco International Airport, Mills Peninsula Hospital, Acumen LLC and the surrounding communities.

Programs

Palcare developed program plans, building design, and promotional piece for start-up of a 24-hour childcare center to serve employees of the San Francisco International Airport and community ($1,174,196). It provided flexible, high quality care and education to 250 Bay Area families during FY94. Palcare supports low-income families through a small scholarship program and subsidy assistance ($50,073). One of Palcares recent accomplishments was establishing a scholarship fund to serve single parents and working families.
