Palouse Habitat for Humanity

Palouse Habitat for Humanity has served families in need of simple decent, afforadable housing in Latah County Idaho and Whitman County Washington since 1992.  We have completed 15 homes, and have already broken ground on Home #16. 

Habitat is a hand up, not a hand out.  Our families must meet strict partnership requirements to earn their home, including putting in 500 hours of sweat equity helping build the home, saving $1000 for a down payment, completing homeownership and finanical management classes, and finally purchasing the home from Palouse Habitat.  Their mortgage payments are then used to help build the next Habitat home.

You can help too!  Your contribution today will help raise the remaining $76,000 needed to build the 2016 home.  The Lloyd family, Jonathan, Christy and their three children, are looking forward to helping build their new home with your support. Thank you from Palouse Habitat for Humanity!
