PARC is proud to provide over 40 services to over 800 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  By sharing our incredible stories, PARC strives to spread the vision, mission and values that have been instilled throughout PARC's history.  For 63 years, stories of success have played an intricate role in the growth of PARC, and we encourage everyone to carry on and share your own PARC story throughout the community.

PARC promotes a high level of support and services for each individual in over 40 programs.  Attention to each client's individual needs ensures they receive the highest quality care.  Our children and adults are valued and appreciated as unique individuals and it is their personal goals and desires that keep us focused on our mission.

PARC embraces a "person centered" approach that allows staff to assist PARC participants in making their own choices.  PARC staff also work with individuals who are important in the participant's life, such as family members, guardians and friends.  These effective services help the children, youth and adults who receive PARC services and their families improve their quality of life in the simple everyday experiences that make up all our lives.

Today, PARC offers of 40 services in the community and on-campus in Pinellas County:

👉 Life Long Learning (Adult Day Training) which includes Inspired Artist Studios, Adult Technology Achievement Center, Financial Literacy/Healthy Living/Recreation, PARC in Bloom and PARC Center Industries.

👉 Community Employment Services which includes Supported Employment, Project SEARCH, and the Culinary Arts Teaching Kitchen

👉 Transporation is a key service available to children and adults.

👉 Residential Services include 4 residences where 94 adults enjoy a safe and lovely home.

👉 Children's Services which include Family Focus, Carmela Manfrey Center for Early Intervention Services, Respite Services, Autism Behavior Center, Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy Center, and the Discovery Learning Center.
